*Term of Service*

PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING!

Commissioning is a legal agreement to which both parties are held responsible. That being said, I have written the below terms as a safeguard for both parties, to help avoid any misunderstandings for all parties involved.

*By contacting me about a commission, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to these terms.*

Commission Content/Themes

I have the right to refuse any commission on the basis of the content requested. I do draw adult/mature art but I do not do scat, watersports, cub/child, bestiality, inflation, extreme violence, hateful/extremely degrading, and most vore. If you do have a particular fetish that's not clearly covered in the above, then feel free to contact me with questions.

Copyright
I retain the copyright to the images I produce. (Meaning that I have the right to use your commission in my portfolio, my gallery, or as an advertisement for my services.) Your character(s) remain copyright to you of course. I will not make prints of your commission to sell without your approval.  You do not have the rights to reproduce, alter, or use the image I created in another piece of artwork without my consent.

Re-posting and Private Commissions
You have the right to post your commission on your own website or gallery, as long as you give me credit for creating the art and provide a link back to me.

I will update my gallery with your commission piece to any of the art websites on which I currently have an account. If you do wish your commission posted for any reason, you must specify this in the commission negotiations that this is a "private commission." If it is a "surprise" commission that you do not want posted prior to a certain date please state that also.

Payment
All payments are in USD, I only accept payment through PayPal unless otherwise posted or agreed upon (i.e Conventions) Payment must be received prior to me beginning a commission, unless other negations have been made. Please do NOT send payment until I have accepted your commission.

*Please see below Cancellations, Refunds and Resale's for negations payment penalties*

Commission Turnaround Time
Commission are first come, first served but depending on the complexity of the commission and how many commissions are before you in line, turnaround is anywhere from a week to two weeks to a few months. I am a big believer in communication. I will keep you posted on the stages of your commission. If for any reason you have ANY questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me! That being said, please keep in mind I work for a living and work well over 40 hours a week, art is sadly not my main source of income. This will not be an excuse for excessive delays but merely and explanation for the limited amount of time I do have to work on art.

Contacting Me
I preferred method of contact is through my Gmail:
Venikins@gmail.com , you may note/message me to inquire or start the commission.

Cancellations, Refunds and Resale's
If for whatever reason you wish to refund at the sketch stage (prior to the ink or color stage), the commissioner may receive a 50% refund of the purchase price. If the piece has been fully completed, the commissioner is not entitled to a refund.  *If it was a negotiated commission where both parties agreed to a payment plan (half now, half later) and full payment is not received I have the right to auction off and sale off the commission piece.

If a commissioner is determined by the artist to be difficult, confrontational, or otherwise unpleasant, I reserve the right to cancel the commission outright and issue a refund for the work which has not been completed.

Approval and Revisions
As mentions above, I am a firm believer in communication and I will keep you posted on the stages of your commission, from start to end. I will ask for approval of sketch, line art, and coloring, unless you specifically request otherwise.

Shipping
Shipping is included with the commission prices, unless it's international shipping (please let me know in advance so I may calculate the additional cost). I use either UPS or USPS to mail commissions, and package your commission in thick document envelopes so it should not bend in transit. I will contact you to confirm your mailing address once your commission is completed. Once I have shipped your commission I am no longer held accountable for it. (if you want to have tracking set up for shipping, please let me know and I'll arrange it if you agree to cover the additional cost)  In the unfortunate event that something does happens to your commission in transit, I cannot be held accountable. Rest assure though I will place a formal complaint with the service and I would encourage you to do the same. Please remember that it is not the artist fault but the mailing services.
